Let’s work together seamlessly to find your dream home or ideal rental!
I’m thrilled to guide you through your home search, whether you're buying or renting. To make the process smooth, respectful, and successful for both of us, here are a few simple guidelines we’ll follow together:
1. Representation is a Partnership
Before we start touring properties, NAR (National Association of Realtors) requires all clients to sign a Buyer or Renter/Tenant Representation Agreement.
This ensures:
I can fully advocate for your best interests
You receive my full attention, strategy, and professional expertise
Our relationship is protected and formalized
2. Please Do Not Work with Multiple Brokers
I ask that you do not tour homes with or contact other brokers or listing agents directly while working with me.
Why?
It can legally disqualify me from representing you
It may interfere with negotiations
It could result in confusion or duplicated efforts
Let’s keep communication streamlined so I can fully support you and ensure you don’t miss out on the best opportunities!
3. Touring Properties
All property showings will be scheduled and attended by me.
Please do not visit open houses or schedule tours on your own unless we’ve discussed it in advance. If you ever see a place you love, send it my way—I’ll handle everything else!
4. Fair Housing Commitment
I proudly abide by all Fair Housing Laws and treat every client equally—regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Everyone deserves to find a safe and welcoming place to call home, and I will never compromise on that.
5. Communication is Key
I believe in honest, transparent communication. If your plans or preferences change, let me know! I’ll always keep you in the loop and appreciate the same in return. You can reach me via phone, text, or email—whatever works best for you.
6. Respecting Time & Process
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. I commit to being punctual, prepared, and professional, and I ask the same from my clients. Together, we’ll stay organized, on schedule, and proactive throughout the entire process.
